White Tea Towel with Red Stripes
|PROCESS||Nara Bleached Fabric|
||18" x 26" (46cm x 66cm)|
This handwoven tea towel was made by Nakagawa Masashichi, a company that has been using the same traditional weaving technique for 300 years. The surface of the towel appears delicate and refined, as if the nostalgia of the old days is woven into the texture. The tea towel is not limited to being used as a towel, but can also be a placemat, or even gift wrapping.
To wash, softly press and wash with soap. Wash one by one to prevent color staining. To iron, put wet cloth over the towels and iron it.
