Orders and Taxes

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
All information you enter is processed using industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption.
All of our orders are processed through Paypal.
We are required to charge a sales tax on orders made in New York.

Shipping

We ship all orders with UPS Ground or US Postal Service. We ship from New York. The order will ship within 2 business days of payment being processed. Orders made to addresses in the continental US should take 2-9 business days to deliver. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and locations outside the U.S. might take longer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping fees vary based on weight and location. If you cannot find your location in the shipping options, please email us at info@monosquare.com.

Return Policy

Products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping fee. The purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The items must be returned in original unused condition.

If you think your item is damaged, you must email orders@monosquare.com within 48 hours of delivery.
