Hasami

The brand “Hasami” was started in 2010 and was named after the town of Hasami, famous for Hasami Porcelain (Hasami Yaki). Kyohei Baba, the owner of Hasami, initially produced Block Mugs, which became an iconic household item. The design is simple and modern. The distinguished feature of the mugs is that they are easily stackable. Since a first public appearance on a design show, Hasami has become widely popular in boutique shops. The mission of Hasami is to carry on the Hasami Yaki tradition in creating household porcelain for everyday use.
