Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus the shipping fee. The purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The items must be returned in original unused condition.

For information on making a return, please email to orders@monosquare.com and enter “Return” and your order number in the subject line.

If you think your item is damaged, you must email orders@monosquare.com within 48 hours of delivery.
