Mute is a Japanese design studio that brings modern design to ordinary tools used in daily life. Joining with Unomatudo, Mute infused the craft tradition of Yamanaka lacquerware with a sleek modern aesthetic, and produced the Soji collection. The Soji collection is a series of daily use household items, such as plates, bowls, canisters, and containers.
